WHITNEY CHEATHAM, BSN, RN

Whitney is a Registered Nurse, Nutritional Coach, former Cosmetologist, and Owner of Infusion Wellness & SPA. In 2022, she saw the potential for growth in the city of Cullman and decided it was the right time to open Infusion Wellness & SPA. With her expertise, Whitney is able to provide quality services to the community in a peaceful environment. Whitney is an experienced nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She has a background in endoscopy, med-surg, post-surgical med-surg, and home health services. She is a level 1 certified nutritional coach by Precision Nutrition. Whitney is an entrepreneur who has built a successful business in the wellness and spa industry.

In addition to her career, she is a mother of two children, Kyler and Bennett. When creating Infusion Wellness & SPA, the overall goal was to provide adequate care and spa services that everyone can afford while ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service possible.

Dr. Campbell

Dr. Campbell is board-certified in family medicine and a native of Arab. Upon graduation from Arab High School, Dr. Campbell completed his undergraduate degree at Birmingham Southern College. He then earned his MD from UAB School of Medicine in 2006 and completed his family medicine residency in Tuscaloosa in 2009.

Dr. Campbell and his wife, Jessica, have resided in Guntersville since 2009. They have three children, two daughters and one son. In his free time Dr. Campbell enjoys being outdoors, hunting and fishing. He also enjoys coaching his children in little league baseball and youth soccer.

In addition to his role with us, Dr. Campbell is also a provider at Lakeside North Family Medicine in Guntersville, AL.

Nicole Mangum, CRNP

Nicole Mangum, a highly skilled and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is proud to call Cullman her hometown. With years of experience in the healthcare field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. Nicole’s comprehensive background in nursing, combined with her deep commitment to the well-being of every individual, allows her to provide personalized, attentive care. Her passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals drives her to stay current with the latest medical advancements, ensuring the highest standard of care. Nicole is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, supporting them every step of the way toward optimal health and vitality.

Makenna Folds Bell

Makenna’s lifelong passion for beauty and skincare shines through in her work. Known as the “beauty girl” since childhood, her mission has always been to help others feel confident in their skin. Having overcome her own struggles with acne, she empathizes deeply with her clients and is committed to delivering real results.

Magan Bender

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Magan Bender brings exceptional expertise to her role as Office Manager at Infusion Wellness & SPA. Her background in salon management and the medical field reflects her dedication to beauty, wellness, and client care. As a devoted mother, Magan understands the importance of confidence and self-care, making it her mission to create a welcoming and rejuvenating experience for every guest. At Infusion Wellness & SPA, Magan combines professionalism with a personal touch to ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

Brooke Hendricks, RN

Brooke Hendricks is a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine. She has been with Infusion Wellness & SPA since the very beginning. She loves learning new ways to promote better health and quality of life. She is also a mother to three boys and spends much of her time at the ball fields. Brooke loves to hike, camp, and do all things outdoors. Brooke is not only a skilled and caring nurse, but she is also an incredible mother and an all-around amazing person. Her positive energy and kindness radiate to everyone she meets, making her a joy to be around. Anyone who has the pleasure of knowing Brooke can attest to her wonderful character and the impact she has on those around her. Ms. Brooke works Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. She offers services in the storefront, as well as, in clients’ homes which is our concierge option.

Skye Smith, RN

Skye Smith is a Registered Nurse with a background in Trauma & Emergency Medicine. She has been a nurse for four years and is currently studying for her Nurse Practitioner’s Degree. She has extensive experience working in acute care settings and is passionate about providing quality care to her patients/clients. Skye is a passionate advocate for skincare and infusions.

As a mother to a little boy, she understands the importance of caring for yourself. She loves shopping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends, and she is also an amazing nurse, wife, and mother. Skye offers outstanding services in the storefront and cannot wait to meet you!

Hannah Bright, a dedicated advocate for wellness, as she embarks on her journey at Infusion Wellness & Spa. Hannah’s passion for promoting health and vitality began at Wallace State Community College, where she laid the foundation for her career. With experience in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine at Cullman Regional and a background in the specialized field of Neuro ICU at UAB, Hannah brings a unique blend of expertise to the Spa. Her diverse medical knowledge and compassionate nature makes her a valuable addition to our team. Beyond her professional life, Hannah enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her best friend and loving husband, Luke Bright. Together, they embrace the joys of parenthood, raising their beloved son. Hannah’s commitment to holistic well-being and her dedication to helping others achieve their wellness goals align perfectly with Infusion Wellness & Spa’s mission.

BRIGITTE WHALEY

Brigitte is a licensed aesthetician living in Cullman with her husband, Kevin, and their two daughters. She loves helping people look and feel their best by educating them on skincare and providing treatments to help them reveal their healthiest skin. Brigitte loves seeing the positive transformation that can come from caring for one's skin. Brigitte has specialized Oncology Training, which provides her with the knowledge to help those affected by cancer.

Brigitte has a passion for the spa environment and works diligently to ensure that her clients have a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

LEXY LANGSTON, OFFICE MANAGER

Lexy is a dedicated professional with a servant’s heart and a strong commitment to health and fitness. After starting her career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer in 2015, she prioritized exceptional client care always keeping her clients’ interests at heart.

Adding to her journey, Lexy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has recently incorporated the role of Office Manager into her dynamic portfolio. She is currently working towards obtaining a Master’s degree in health care administration within the next three years, further solidifying her dedication to enhancing her professional expertise.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lexy finds joy in her role as a wife to her husband Eric, and a loving mother to three beautiful children, McCrae, Lyra, and Lyza. Her dedication to an active lifestyle is reflected in her routine training at the local CrossFit gym, coaching youth league basketball, and participating in various competitive sports activities such as CrossFit competitions, slow-pitch softball, and adult kickball leagues. Kayla Williams, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Kayla is a Family Nurse Practitioner for Infusion Wellness & Spa and UAB Medical West Emergency Department. With 14 years of clinical nursing experience, Kayla has served in various roles within multiple Emergency Departments. Kayla received her Associate Degree of Science in Nursing from Wallace State Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama, and a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).

Kayla is credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is an active member of the Emergency Nurses Association, The University of Alabama Alumni Association, The Honor Society of Nursing: Sigma Theta Tau International, and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

As a seasoned emergency medical provider, Kayla’s energy and drive resonate through her enjoyment of promoting positivity in others.

Taylor Averhart, NP

Taylor is our Nurse Practitioner and started her career hoping to eventually work in a Med-Spa setting. After working as a NICU Nurse and as a Nurse Practitioner in the Urgent Care setting, she finally pursued her dream of working in a Med-Spa setting and began her journey at Infusion Wellness & Spa. Taylor is passionate and dedicated to helping her patients reach their goals of optimal health and wellness.

Taylor believes that preventative health is the key to living a long and healthy life and loves being part of the team at the spa in Cullman, AL.
